WJHS Class of 2012

Sooooo my baby sister graduated on Thursday!

Wow- I feel old.

I could not be more proud of this girl.

Becca has worked so incredibly hard these past few years. 

She graduated West Jordan High School with her Associates Degree and her CMA! (Certified Medical Assistant).

Oh and lets now forget being on the Varsity Volleyball team!

How did she achieve all this you ask? 

Well for starters she had to give up a lot. 

When most of her friends were out doing fun things she was home writing papers and studying. Anytime I called her on a Friday night you can bet where she was, at home sitting at her desk. I remember a few late night phone calls filled with tears on the other end of the line unsure of how to do all she had to do, but after a few words of encouragement she would always push on. Not all of the college courses she had to take were offered at her high school, so she just went to two high schools! Seriously who does that? One day she would be at West Jordan (Go Jags!), the next day Bingham. 

The principle had her stand up at graduation in front of everyone to be recognized, she was the only one in her whole class to graduate with her Associate's Degree!

They had an awesome season this year! And I missed it :(

Because of all this she gets a pretty nice scholarship to Dixie State where she hopes study nursing. 

Her hard work has paid off!

Yay! Way to go Becca! 

Love you lots. So sad I couldn't be there.

*(Because of all her studies she didn't have time to hang out with her friends a lot, let alone go on any dates- If any of you know some cute guys that wanna meet my stellar sister let me know! She is quite the catch- I have a feeling she won't be on the market long.... he he!)
