We had a such a fabulous Thanksgiving Break, with mucho to be thankful for! Every other year for Thanksgiving Jason's family heads south of the boarder to Mexico! This year we went to beautiful Los Cabos San Lucas, none of us had ever been and we were so excited! We stayed at a beautiful resort called Pueblo Bonito at Sunset Beach, it was amazing! You all know how picture happy I am, so here it is for your enjoyment...The Hyde Family Thanksgiving, Cabo 2010!
Basically all you do in Mexico is eat and eat some more. The first night we went to Crazy Lobster, had some good sea food and tortilla soup
You know those vacations when you come home and are so tired you feel like you need another vacation? Well this was NOT one of those! We did a lot of beach/pool time, I feel completely rested!
One of the days we went to Lovers Beach and did some snorkeling, had a great time!
While there we ran into this guy...

| These lovely guys sang us some good tunes |
My most favorite part of the whole trip was when we took a day trip on a 75 ft sail boat and went whale watching. I can't even begin to explain how cool the experience was. Captain Bob and his crew showed us a great time along with some great food! Best guacamole I have ever had!
The boat was beautiful and the weather was perfect. We followed a pack of three hump back whales for over an hour, we were so close to them is was unbelieveable.
Best day in Cabo by far.

| This guy was a little too close for comfort, he was about 10 feet from the bow of the ship, and Jason almost went over board trying to snap a picture, that would have been no bueno |

Such an amazing day and something I won't soon forget!
We also took a day and drove to a small city called Todos Santos (city of saints) about 1 hr away. It was a quaint little place and had some great shops. We stopped and ate lunch at a place called Landis and the food was a fabulous. We met the lady that owns it, it is also named after her, she was such a sweet lady. All the food was made from scratch and it tasted amazing. We ate outside in the little garden, it was so fun!

Another favorite activity besides eating and swimming was watching the sunset at the Sky Pool
On our last night we went back to Crazy Lobster, we were all so sad and couldn't believe the week was over and we had to go home (plus we had head about the terrible weather Utah was having, so then we really wanted to stay!)
